01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", or "You") and z677 (hereinafter "z677", "the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the z677 website located at https://z677.ws, including all subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and related services.

Each user may maintain only one (1) active account on the z677 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals associated with all such accounts.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your z677 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account, including using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

Any activity conducted through your z677 account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you shall be solely liable for all transactions, bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other actions performed using your account credentials. z677 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account unless such unauthorized use results directly from a proven security breach on the part of z677.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

z677 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and others as specified on the platform. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your z677 account instantly, though in rare cases processing delays of up to 24 hours may occur due to payment provider issues beyond z677's control.

Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to your account being in good standing and having completed any required identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request, with most bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals completed within 12 hours. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on your bank's processing times.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

z677 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives (collectively, "Bonuses") to users. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the Bonus is offered. Such terms may include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, time limits, maximum bet limits, eligible games or markets, minimum odds requirements, and withdrawal restrictions.

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 50x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.

Bonuses are granted at z677's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or cancelled at any time. z677 reserves the right to exclude any user from Bonus eligibility, to void Bonuses if fraud or abuse is suspected, and to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings if the user violates these Terms or the specific terms of the Bonus.

Users may not manipulate or abuse Bonuses through strategies such as creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, betting on all possible outcomes of an event, or using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without taking genuine risk. Any such abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonuses and may result in account suspension.

Unless otherwise stated, only one Bonus per user, per household, per IP address, and per payment method is permitted. Bonuses cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Some Bonuses may have country, region, or payment method restrictions.

06 Betting Rules

All sports bets, live betting, and other wagering activities on the z677 platform are subject to the specific rules and regulations for each sport and market, which are available on the z677 website and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

z677 reserves the right to void, cancel, or refuse any bet at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: obvious errors in odds or lines, suspected fraud or collusion, violation of betting limits, technical malfunctions, or bets placed after an event has started (unless explicitly offered as live in-play betting).

All bets are final once accepted by the z677 system. You will receive on-screen confirmation when a bet is successfully placed. If you do not receive confirmation, the bet has not been accepted. z677 is not responsible for bets that fail to be placed due to internet connectivity issues, user error, or device malfunctions.
